A Cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e \u00e9 uma das sobremesas mais famosa na Fran\u00e7a e \u00e9 deliciosa porque \u00e9 leve, tem um toque de baunilha e fica com uma tentadora casquinha crocante por cima.<\/p>\n<p>A receita \u00e9 preparada com leite, creme de leite, a\u00e7\u00facar, ovos e baunilha e finalizada com uma crosta de a\u00e7\u00facar cristal queimada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para at\u00e9 6 por\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><br \/>\n5 gemas<br \/>\n350 ml de creme de leite fresco<br \/>\n100 ml de leite<br \/>\n\u2153 de x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de a\u00e7\u00facar<br \/>\n1 \u00bd colher (ch\u00e1) de extrato de baunilha<br \/>\nA\u00e7\u00facar cristal para caramelizar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modo de preparo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Pr\u00e9-aque\u00e7a o forno a 160\u00b0C (temperatura m\u00e9dia-baixa).<br \/>\n2. Separe as claras das gemas. (As claras n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o utilizadas nesta receita, mas voc\u00ea pode guard\u00e1-las para preparar um pudim de claras.)<br \/>\n3. Coloque as gemas na tigela pequena da batedeira. Junte o a\u00e7\u00facar e bata em velocidade alta at\u00e9 obter um creme bem claro.<br \/>\n4. Pare de bater e adicione o creme de leite, o leite e a ess\u00eancia de baunilha. Misture bem com uma colher. Deixe a mistura descansar por 10 minutos. Enquanto isso, leve uma panela com \u00e1gua ao fogo alto. Ela ser\u00e1 usada para o banho-maria.<br \/>\n5. Com uma colher, retire toda a espuma que se formou na superf\u00edcie da mistura de gemas. Distribua a cr\u00e8me entre seis tigelas refrat\u00e1rias.<br \/>\n6. Arrume as tigelas numa assadeira retangular. Leve a assadeira ao forno e, antes de fechar a porta, coloque \u00e1gua fervendo na assadeira, com cuidado, para assar em banho-maria. Deixe assar por 40 minutos.<br \/>\n7. Retire a assadeira do forno e as tigelas do banho-maria. Deixe esfriar e leve \u00e0 geladeira por no m\u00ednimo 6 horas.<br \/>\n8. No momento de servir, polvilhe a\u00e7\u00facar cristal sobre toda a superf\u00edcie da cr\u00e8me.<br \/>\n9.
